  • In an effort to streamline the system maintenance, AIR will be taking online systems offline once per month. This will allow AIR to systematically roll out updates. Urgent updates and updates that won’t cause disruption to live systems may still occur outside of the maintenance window. The scheduled maintenance window for January will be Friday, January 19 at 10:59 pm CT until Sunday, January 21 at 10 pm CT. Users can resume accessing all active, online systems on Monday, January 9. Please refer to the Important Dates section of the portal for specific information for the future dates.
