  • In an effort to streamline the system maintenance, AIR will be taking online systems offline once per month. This will allow AIR to systematically roll out updates. Urgent updates and updates that won’t cause disruption to live systems may still occur outside of the maintenance window.

The scheduled maintenance window for May will be Friday, May 20 at 11:59 pm ET until Sunday, May 22 at 11pm ET. Users can resume accessing all active, online systems on Monday, May 23.
