  • ORS:

In order to receive a Summative test score, a student must have completed both the Summative CAT and Summative Performance Task in each subject. ORS should display the student’s score within 14 business days after the student completes both parts of the online test or after the paper materials have been returned.  Refer to FAQs page for more details.

  • Attention School Coordinators and Teachers

School Coordinators must create rosters for teachers and their students each academic year. This step must be completed first in order for teachers to view Interim or Summative data in the Online Reporting System (ORS).

Teachers should also confirm with your School Coordinators that the rosters are correct prior to reviewing student scores. Once rosters have been created, teachers can view student scores in ORS from the current and previous administrations or modify the rosters as necessary.

For a brief tutorials, refer to the Adding Roster and Viewing and Editing Roster videos.
