  • TIDE is now available for the 201617 school year.

For new users, the state will be provisioning new district user accounts. New or existing District level users will be provisioning School Coordinator (SC) accounts and the SCs will be provisioning the new Teacher (TE) and Test Administrator (TA) accounts.

As part of the system roll-over for the new school year all user passwords have been cleared. Upon TIDE’s opening today, all users will need to create a new password by selecting the “First Time Login This School Year” directions on the TIDE login page. All users who had access to AIR systems in 2015-2016 will continue to have access this year, although users are required to reset their password.  If a user should no longer have an account their district or school coordinator should follow the process in the TIDE user guide to remove their system access.

The state will notify the field when the initial file of students have been loaded into TIDE for 201617. From that point onward, student PreID information will be added, edited, or deleted on a nightly basis. Edits to demographic information should be updated in Infinite Campus and SD Stars at least 48 hours prior to testing.

For more information, see the TIDE User Guide and also the User Role and System Access documents (coming soon).

  • In an effort to streamline the system maintenance, AIR will be taking online systems offline once per month. This will allow AIR to systematically roll out updates. Urgent updates and updates that won’t cause disruption to live systems may still occur outside of the maintenance window.

The scheduled maintenance window for August will be Friday, August 19 at 11:59 pm ET until Sunday, August 21 at 11pm ET. Users can resume accessing all active, online systems on Monday, August 22.

Please refer to the Important Dates section of the portal for specific information for the future dates.

  • The Online Reporting System (ORS) will be offline for scheduled maintenance July 28th 4pm to 7pm CT. Users can resume accessing ORS Friday, July 29th.
